Restaurant Review: Sandoz, Connaught Place New Delhi

Sandoz chain of restaurants is well known for its classy interior and tasty food. One of these restaurants is located in Connaught Place, New Delhi. If you’re planning for lunch or dinner out today, Sandoz is the place for you. From its classy interiors to the service, from its tasty Afghani Chicken to its mouth-watering Dal Makhani, from its juicy beverages to its tasty fast food items Sandoz is really worth a visit.

I am a Non-Veg lover, and the non-veg items on the menu card were enough to make me fall in love with the food. The menu contains a variety of non-veg items in the form of starters and the main course. We tried the Afghani chicken and Chicken malai tikka as starters and they were up to the mark. Not only chicken was juicy but spicy as well, resisting from stopping you from taking another piece.

How can I forget the Dal Makhani and the Masala chaap? Another best thing about Sandoz is that it not only serves tasty Non-veg but mouth-watering Veg items. There is a perfect balance of spices as well as the food is as tasty as it looks. The menu is full of various Indian Veg food items, most of these food items are for the main course, so if you’re there for a full-fledged lunch or dinner then you’ll walk out with a full tummy.

For the beverages, we ordered a sweet one and two salty ones. The sweet one was the Mango lassi, it is the perfect summer drink for sure, the same old-fashioned lassi with a flavor of sweet mangoes. Then in the list of salty drinks, we took the classic virgin mojito and plain salty lassi.

At the end after such delicious food, we tried the Rabdi kulfi, which was the classic Indian dessert for us. The rabdi kulfi will surely remind you of your childhood. The taste and the sweetness were perfect. So, If you want to spend quality time with your family or friends Sandoz is quite the place for you.
