Affimity, a gust of fresh air in the world of social media
Being a social media addict, if there is one thing I have come down to realize again and again is that the stats as to how many followers or friends you have on your profile is no more a charm about it.
If I’m friends with or following a huge number of people but not many of them share the same interest as mine and post things that draw my attention making me comment about it then the affinity towards the platform slowly fades away. In the end, you want to access a social media platform in your leisure time for something that keeps you going back to it.
That ‘something’ is the kind of timeline you have and unfortunately, there is no such tool to filter your timeline as per your interest on social media platforms but hey, wait! There is. Now let me have your attention to introduce my affinity for Affimity.
I have been using this platform for quite a time now and this is the time I can tell you about my pleasant experience with it.
The X-factor: Unlike many platforms, Affimity helps you choose your timeline of people who share your hobbies/passions. But that doesn’t mean that you have to stick with a particular timeline, you can conveniently switch to other timelines of other interests too.
Attractive interface: Well talking about social media platforms, I can’t say, “looks don’t matter.” In the stream of applications, it needs to catch the user’s eye in order to make him stick to it and further spread the network. Affimity is one such. Easily switchable to other categories, it has really fascinating features to scroll through.
Wide range of interests: Not just mainstream hobbies like music, books, movies, TV shows, photography, etc., Affimity has over 30 passions to choose from. Parenting, digital life, wearable for gadget lovers, allergies, and working moms are a few of them.
Available on both iOS and Android, the social model is growing ragingly among the masses. The concept is strong and inventive to bring together people of similar interests making their opinion count and not letting them get lost in the flood of various messages. It’s worth your data and time.
So, be a part of the fastest-growing next-gen social network and connect your passion (Affinity) with friendship (Amity).
